Sharing and international transfers

Retention
Calculator inputs are stored locally in your browser and cleared when you reset the tool or delete your browser data. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months and by Hotjar for up to 12 months. Support correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry and for up to two years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, restricted access on a need-to-know basis, and regular reviews of the services we rely on. While no online service can guarantee complete security, we strive to minimise risk and respond quickly to potential issues.
